How To Purchase Tickets / Box Office Hours
Most concert and event tickets are available online through Groovetickets and the Pipeline Cafe box office.

Pipeline Cafe Box Office:
* Advance ticket sales are available Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Types of Payment Accepted
* Cash, American Express, Visa and MasterCard (credit cards will have an added fee)
Parking
Ample street parking and metered parking is available around the premises. We highly recommend you arrive early.
Oh and please follow the law.
Will Call
Will Call tickets may be picked up usually an hour before the doors open on the day of the event and at the Pipeline
Cafe box office. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo I.D. Please
DO NOT get in line without a ticket. We cannot stress this enough. If you don’t want to have to wait to pick up a
will call ticket, then we suggest you purchase your ticket in advance at our box office or have your ticket mailed to
you when purchasing online.
Refunds/Exchanges/Upgrades
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR UPGRADES.
The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
